Canceling was such a hassle. I thought it was done. Then I still got charged.

The filters are pretty much useless. I try to narrow things down and this so-called “smart search” never shows me the people I’m actually looking for.

I use Jaumo here and there, and yeah, the ads pop up, but my quick way of judging apps is simple: if the ads don’t make me want to close it right away, it’s probably fine. This one passes that test. They could show up a little less often, but for a free app, it’s still reasonable

I’ve had a good experience with Jaumo overall. The app feels easy to use, the chat works fine, and I did end up talking to a few genuine people, which was nice. My take is that it’s a solid dating app if you’re patient and know what to watch out for. The main downside is that there are still some obvious scammy profiles, especially people who try to move the conversation to WhatsApp right away or come up with weird money-related stories. I usually just block them and move on. It could easily be a 5-star app for me if they were a bit better at filtering those people out.

I’ve been trying to use the app, but the menus are kind of hard to figure out. I’ll think I know where something is, then it’s like… not there, or I’m missing it somehow. It also freezes way too often, which gets frustrating fast when you’re just trying to get something done.

For a free app it's good. I was able to chat and look through profiles without having to pay right away, which was nice. There are some limits here and there, but they didn't really bug me that much. I used it for a bit and actually got a few decent matches, so yeah, not bad at all.

As someone who’s careful about where I put my personal info, I feel like the security here is probably okay. I just wish they explained a bit more about how the data is protected, because that would make me feel a lot more comfortable.

jaumo isn’t the worst app out there, and to be fair, I did end up chatting with a few real people. But after a while, you start noticing way too many fake-looking profiles and random weird messages popping up. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it almost feels like the app is letting them hang around on purpose to keep people active. It gets annoying fast. If they actually cleaned up the fake accounts, it could be a lot better.

The messaging itself is decent — chats load fast and I was able to get replies without too much hassle. But I was a little disappointed that some profiles just disappear so quickly. It makes the experience feel a bit unreliable. Not terrible, but definitely not as good as I was hoping

So I got charged after the trial ended, which caught me off guard a bit. I reached out to support, and they were able to sort it out later, so it ended up being okay.

I tried using the app to meet people nearby, but right away the location felt completely off. It kept showing profiles that were supposedly close to me, but a lot of them were actually 100 km away or in a different city. Even my own location wasn’t showing correctly. If you’re trying to find someone local, that kind of defeats the whole purpose

The app works fine overall, so I can’t really complain about that. But the premium price feels kind of steep, especially when it seems like you have to pay just to get the better features. I wish it felt a little more reasonable for people who don’t want to spend that much.

Lately though… I don’t know, I keep getting likes and messages from profiles that just feel super fake. A lot of them say the same kind of stuff, don’t really answer like an actual person, and sometimes there are random links too, which is obviously not great. It just makes it harder to trust who you’re even talking to. I wouldn’t say the app is totally useless or anything, but yeah, it’s getting frustrating...

I was pleased with the profiles I came across on jaumo. A lot of people had clear photos and actually filled out some details, so it didn’t feel like I was just scrolling through blank or fake-looking pages. Sure, there were a few dull profiles here and there, but overall I felt like it was much easier to get a sense of who I was talking to. I’ve been satisfied with the experience so far and think it’s a solid app for meeting real people.

The safety tools feel a bit weak, honestly. I reported a creepy profile, but I still kept seeing them around, which didn’t feel great. Blocking does work, so that’s something, but overall I don’t feel as protected on here as I’d like to

I wish I had read the reviews before signing up. My account verification kept failing over and over, and support took way too long to get back to me. The whole thing ended up being annoying to use, and I definitely regret not checking other people’s experiences first.

The app runs smoothly for me, so I don’t have to deal with random crashes or interruptions while I’m using it.
